From December 7 to 9, 2018, organized by the Secretariat of the Technical Committee for the standardization of transmission reducers in the machinery industry (hereinafter referred to as the Secretariat of the Standardization Committee), it was held in the conference center 608 of China International Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CMC international") The conference room held the 2018 annual meeting and general meeting of the Technical Committee for the standardization of transmission reducer in the machinery industry (hereinafter referred to as the "annual meeting") and the China Federation of machinery industry (hereinafter referred to as the "China National Machinery Industry Association") Tan Xiangning, deputy director of standard work department, Yi fan, Secretary of the Party committee and general manager of CMC international, and Wu Yan, Minister of science and technology development department, were invited to attend the meeting.
Yi fan, Secretary of the Party committee and general manager of CMC international, extended a warm welcome to all the leaders and members of the committee, expressed his gratitude for the trust of the leaders of the China Federation of machinery, congratulated the smooth opening of the meeting, and hoped to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with all units of the industry on the platform of this standardization committee, so as to build and create jointly.
Tan Xiangning, deputy director of Standardization Department of China Federation of machinery industry, made a detailed interpretation of the importance of standardization construction and national standardization policy, and pointed out in his speech that the establishment of Standardization Committee is not only the need to promote the improvement of standardization work, but also the need of the industrys own development. It is hoped that the standardization committee will establish and improve the working mechanism, comprehensively improve the technical standard system in combination with the current situation of the industry, and actively promote the standards to be in line with the international standards, so as to promote the development of the whole reducer industry in China. In addition, Minister Tan also put forward pertinent "five word" suggestions on the future development direction of the work of the Standardization Committee: first, it is "complete", the product coverage should be complete, and the standards should be comprehensive. At present, many matching reducers are subordinate to the main engine industry, and there is no independent standard. Therefore, it is necessary for the standardization committee to list all products as far as possible, fully cover the upstream and downstream, and strive to excavate the standard situation of matching transmission reducers; second, it is "high", high quality and high standard. According to the "assembly manufacturing industry standard upgrading plan", the quality of the standard is raised to a higher level. Of course, the "high" should also be controlled, so that most enterprises can not reach it; third, it is "fast". The market changes rapidly, and the technology and process are also improved rapidly. Therefore, it is required that the standard formulation and revision speed should be accelerated, and the process should be ahead of time. It is hoped that the completion of the project approval process can be controlled within 24 months; fourthly, it is "strict". Standardized management should be strict and procedures should be strictly followed. We should be committed to standards and strict system management; fifth, good. We should work hard, do a good job in using the standard, the standard that works, and the standard with good effect. After that, Minister Tan read out the "reply on the third session of the Technical Committee on the standardization of mechanical industry reducer and composition scheme" document issued by the China Federation of machinery industry, and issued member certificates to each member attending the meeting.
Wang Linchun, chairman of the committee, reported the completion of the three important tasks of the Secretariat relocation, assessment, and term change of the committee, and explained the adjustment plan for the members of the Committee. The Secretariat of the standardization committee will be moved to CMC international from June 22, 2018, and the assessment materials will be submitted by the Secretariat before July 14, 2018, and will be approved by CMC. On November 7, 2018, the Secretariat completed the work of reporting the information of the term change of the Committee on standardization and got the reply of the Federation of machinery of China.
